Herbal longevity noodles from the Rice House.
They had just incorporated their next door vegetarian provision store into their dining place as well.
Good place to dine and shop at same time.
Opens daily to 9pm except rests on Monday.

The Rice House is located at Blk 129 Geylang East ave 1, beside Foo Hai Chan Monastery & Opposite Sims Ville Condo. May alight at 2nd bus stop from Aljunied MRT & walk further up & turn left to Monastery direction. Or Paya Lebar MRT Sims Ave exit may be shorter route.

一心素食 Yi Xin Vegetarian, Chinatown

Surprisingly Nice spaghetti at Yixin vegetarian coffeeshop at Chinatown. 💖 Liked the taste and texture.💖
Quality of their daily soup also improved.
Today is beetroot corn soup. 👍

Located at a coffee-shop at Temple Street, 一心素食 is just near centre of street opp Lucky Chinatown. Opening hours: 8am to 10pm Daily.

Yuan Xiang Idealite

Nice value set at $9.90 with drink and salad from Yuan Xiang Idealite at Bugis Village besides Mcdonald.
1st time tried their Bak Kut Tek noodles ~ huge portion with lots of ingredients ~ ✌ worth trying...
Claypot rice ~ yummy stir fry brown rice! put in Claypot. .. marks deducted for not sizzling enough but delicious portion for 2 to share ...
And a must each time of visit is their tempura mushroom that let me not miss them from Taiwan night market stalls anymore because I can always visit them when I have craving for fried mushroom...😄

Soul Veggie

Soul Veggie at 3 Temple street, Chinatown, corner shop house besides Indian temple.

 We ordered their seaweed rice roll 👍👍👍
nice purple rice with fantastic sauce that enhanced the taste 👍👍👍

We also ordered the Army Stew which we added $2 for  ramen which cannot be exchanged for the accompanying rice. Accompanying rice is Purple rice but it tasted blend compared to the rice roll with sauce.
Both came with a bowl of sweet drink and kimchi.
The sweet drink was too sweet with an unique spice taste that my friend liked but I could not accept it well...😞
Nevertheless, overall quite filling and enjoyable. 😄

Maitree Cafe

Nice Mee Hoon Kueh!😊 slim flour pieces with nice soup stock and side dish of sugarcane prawns from Maitree cafe of Jingming 净名佛教中心at Geylang lor27A.

龙门齋 Dragon Gate Vegetarian

Dragon Gate Vegetarian at Chinatown changed owner and new menu poster of Roti Prata caught my attention.
It now has daily menu as well as regular dishes. Distracted from Prata decided to try the recommended Baker Kut Teh Noodles instead.
Hmm, very palatable look of reasonable taste.
Will return to try prata one fine day...

Pu Xiang Vegetarian

Another very reasonable priced stall with reasonable quantity and taste! So happy to find $2.50 vegetarian food. I was surprised by the portion and glad I didn't make the decision to up-size when ordering. The lor mee ordered is a good decent portion with traditional taste. Friend recommended their daily special vegetarian fish soup meehoon. I recall their vegetarian shredded chicken Vermicelli cooked like San-mee style was good but available only if recall correctly on Fridays and lunar 1st and 15th.
Was glad that located at the same area of Chinatown complex which is near escalator facing the Buddha Tooth Relics Temple, there are at least 3 Vegetarian stalls including Pu Xiang. Saw also another vegetarian stall near the other end, near CK entrance.  Shall explore more when have time in future... :-)

Tian Yuan Vegetarian

After dining at Thunder Tree, I start to miss the Thunder Tea Soup noodles from Tianyuan and fighting a mild flu... decided to travel there for a nutritional meal.
👍 I must be the few who likes to order Thunder Tea with noodles and had not visited for sometime that the lady boss forgot how it was served with the soup n noodles together in the past. 😅 Feels good after the bowl of Thunder Tea Soup noodles. 😊

Tian Yuan is located at Fortune centre, #01-16 , on right of Herbivores Vegn restaurant.

Thunder Tree

Visited Thunder Tree at People's Park Centre Basement inner food court.
Decided to try Thunder Tea Lamian. The ingredients are nice and soft texture that I like, unlike some others one gets tired from munching the ingredient bits.
Their Lamian noodles also smooth and nice, a good alternative to their popular kolo mee. However, for the soup, I prefer the Thunder Tea soup at Tian Yuan at Fortune Centre.
Vegetarian otak and dumpling is also available from the stall diagonal opposite Thunder Tree selling vegetarian fried snacks. 👍👍👍 And their soon kuek not in picture is recommended. Soft Q skin! 😁

Thunder Tree (Smith street)

 Cool! Thunder Tree has expanded from a stall to cafe on Smith street..

Yes! the popular Thunder Tree cafe at Chinatown Smith street opposite Ciyuan Xuan Vegetarian at shop house along Food street.
Ordered their Claypot Yong Tau Foo with rice and Claypot Meicai mushroom rice today.
The Meicai dish is fantastic to go with the brown rice and it is good for 1.5-2 bowls of rice.
Yong Tau Foo with soup gravy is nice too but the rice tastes better if complement with the Meicai gravy.
If possible, good to order both dishes together to complement each other if not dining alone...😉

Mei Jing Vegetarian Food

Bliss is being able to have the delicious braised bean curd knots with their fried meehoon.
😄 really love their braised dishes especially this braised knots and their fried cauliflowers!!!😉

Mei Jing Vegetarian stall #01-76, is located at the Beo Crescent market's food centre just in-front of Blk 40 Havelock Road, 2 streets away from Tiong Bahru Plaza. It opens early around 7am to 2.30pm daily and rests on Sunday.

Joo Hiang Vegetarian (Aperia)

Reasonable taste Bak Kut Teh Soup Kway Teow at reasonable price of $4.50 tried at new vegetarian stall of Aperia Lavender food court level 2.
Opens daily to 7.50pm last order except Sun closes at 3pm.
