After seeing its signage for weeks, finally it opened! The Japanese Fusion Vegetarian at Havelock road food centre #01-27.
Taste nice for 5. Udon soup with fried fish slices.
They offer free miso soup of reasonable taste too.
Opens mon-sat for breakfast from around 7.30-8am & lunch hours only.

Besides this new stall, there is an existing Chinese uncle selling Indian Vegetarian food- curry briyani mee goreng and roti pratas at Havelock road food centre.

Bliss is being able to have the delicious braised bean curd knots with their fried meehoon.
😄 really love their braised dishes especially this braised knots and their fried cauliflowers!!!😉

Tired of fried meehoon...they have the curry flavoured glutinous rice (nice!) accompanied with side dishes of pumpkin and favourite fried cauliflowers! :-))

On another occasion, wanting something hot for weak stomach after long hours of working... the owner willingly agreed to cook something not on his regular menu ~ Simple Kway Teow Soup and attracted more orders when mine was served...:-)

Flavourful fried rice and vegetarian version of chicken glutinous rice (Luomaikai). But their glutinous rice is flavoured making it taste like another traditional dish of  BBQ sauced rice (Fanchoi) that is often seen sold together in traditional coffee-shop stalls. Hence a hybrid which I like !

86 Indian Vegetarian

Was told by friend there is this new vegetarian stall ~ 86 Indian Vegetarian, at this old Bt Ho Swee estate hawker centre. (in fact it is called Havelock Food Centre)
It only sells 3 items:  Roti Prata; Mee Goreng & Nasi Bryani and interestingly by a Chinese vendor.
Tried the Mee Goreng which was quite flavourful with tomato sauce and I like the roti prata which  the accompanying curry mock mutton gravy tasted great!  I would be keen to try Nasi Bryani next round...

Mee goreng is not on their original menu of Stir-fry dishes but I tried my luck and the friendly vendor readily accede to request. A spicy flavourful pack of delicious mee goreng was produced. Thumbs up!!!
But sadly this stall known for its economical price has also recently revised its price upwards from $3 to $3.50 for stir-fry dishes and economical rice orders from 3 dishes at $2.50 to $3.:-p.
Hope it remains the price and quality for more years...

The Stir-fry noodles dishes such as Fried Hokkien noodles at Mei Jing Vegetarian is worth trying. Good presentation and quite authentic taste at $3 is very reasonable priced in today's economy.
If you are pure vegetarian,  do remember to tell them no eggs to be added when you order.

Econ Vegetarian Food

Sadly, ceased operations ...

Passed by the corner coffee-shop by chance to find a new Vegetarian stall and it's Econ Vegetarian which had shifted from Geylang to 745 Havelock Road shophouse corner coffee-shop (Hong Xiang Eating House) near NTUC Fairprice.
Their menu had increased choice to include stir-fry dishes like Vegetarian Seafood Hor Fun, and Fish Slice Mee Hoon, etc. However, as I was craving for fries, I decided to order their Grilled Skewers which looked appetising. Good presentation is their strength and the coleslaw was good & fries well-fried. The Skewers were however too flavourful sauced that I have to drink lots of water after.
Good to find the fifth vegetarian stall in this small estate.  Hopefully it will survive well in this neighborhood, being only available vegetarian stall for dinner and supper (10am-10pm daily except closes on Sunday unless it falls on 15th of Lunar month, rests from 2-4pm).
Likely return to try my favourite Spaghetti and stir-fry dishes.:P

Ba Le (86) Vegetarian

The last of the 3 vegetarian stalls at Bt Ho Swee estate to be introduced~ 86 Vegetarian Food.
It sells economical dishes with brown rice as well as Daily special which according to the vendor is usually Kway Chap on Sat, Longton on Sun, Vegetarian Chicken Rice on Mon and Laksa, etc, to attract patrons for the intense competition around the region.
Looking for something soupy, decided to try their Kwap Chap, the soup was nice with mild herbal taste and generous portion of ingredients such as bean curd, tau pok, mock mutton, mock intestine, mushrooms and golden needle mushrooms. It's a pity the big pieces of white Kway Chap pieces were not as smooth as expected or else it would had earned more points of a good Kwap Chap at if I recall correctly, very reasonably priced at $2.50 only. Their Sunday special of Longton (Malay Curry vegetables with compressed rice pieces) is a must try for spicy lovers. :-)

I start to love this vegetarian stall at Bt Ho Swee estate which sells a good variety of economical rice dishes (love their fried cauliflower) at $2.50 for 3 dishes as well as their Stir-fry dishes like this San-mee on left. Flavourful and economical at only $3. Sheng Ji Vegetarian

The Curry noodles looked spicy but does not taste as hot. 

Located at Bt Ho Swee Estate, a mature estate, the patrons are mostly residents around the area.

Managed by an elderly couple, the Sheng Ji Vegetarian stall sells standard fried meehoon package as well as simple cooked dishes such as curry noodles & Lor-mee. At $2.50, the serving is generous.

Their Stir-fry Hor Fun are also flavourful and value for money at S$3, recommended choice! :-)

Sheng Ji Vegetarian is located at coffeeshop left of lift lobby of Blk 40, Havelock Road, which is just beside the market. 

Vegetarian Pancake at Bt Ho Swee Estate

Explored the Bt Ho Swee Estate (about 2 streets away from Tiong Bahru MRT) and found at least 3 vegetarian stalls. 1 located at the market (Mei Jing Vegetarian Food) sells economical dishes as well as stir-fry dishes while two at 2 coffeeshops of Blk40 Havelock Road (just beside the market).
One known as Sheng Ji Vegetarian sells Curry & Lor mee as well as standard fried mee hoon while the other known as Ba Le (86) Havelock Vegetarian sells economical rice dishes and is located at same coffeeshop with this snack of Vegetarian Pancake .:-)
And at same stretch of shops nearer to Sheng Ji, I saw two shops selling healthy, pro-vegetarian alike products. What a blessing for the vegetarian residents!
Okay, Back to the Vegetarian Pancake stall, it sells a variety including traditional peanut, red bean, green bean paste, and unconventional black sesame, cheese and chocolate flavour! It also has the crispy version of pan-cake with peanut fillings. Quite a popular stall amongst the residents around the area.
