I was craving for the Stir-fry dishes of Green Vegetarian Kitchen (GVK) at Commonwealth Koufu foodcourt but discovered that Lan Xiang Yuan had taken over. On its menu signboard do show similar dishes being served.
Fried Udon was my choice for that day and well, pretty reasonable taste though I would prefer it to be sweeter with dark sweet sauce like Fried Kway Tiao. It's a pity though that its portion smaller than GVK's. Well, at least it is another vegetarian stall retained though sad with turnover rate of nice vegetarian stalls at foodcourts recently.
