Kwan Inn Vegetarian Food (Tai Sun Eating House near Lavender MRT)

 

 

Returned for quick dinner, I was curious on the first item on their Stir-fry menu: how does the Black-bean Dry Hor Fun taste like as preserved black beans are usually used in the wet version Hor Fun to add an unique flavour.  



It was per reflected in picture...not very blending to the Hor Fun. Unless you are a great fan to such preserved black bean, which you love eating it dry just like that, I don't see the need or appreciate adding it in the dry version.  

However, the beans aside, the stir-fry Hor Fun came sinfully oily but Nice!

Just drink more tea to dilute the fats later...

 

Kwan Inn Vegetarian Food  is located at Ground level of the HDB block 808, French Road, inside Tai Sun Eating House , next to a NTUC Fairprice.

(2nd HDB block from Lavender MRT for the evening as well, starts at 6+am to 8pm Daily)
