Tian Xiang Xiao Ji

 

Discovered a new vegetarian eatery besides the Pandan Cake shop at level 2 of Blk 535 Hong Lim Complex (HDB block opposite Hong Lim Market and Food Centre).
Was told it opened for slightly more than 2 months, opens around 11am-5pm from Mon-Friday. On Saturdays, they serve free food to elders above 60 years old from 11am till food finishes. 
The shop generally serves 2 Daily Special and desserts. On day of visit was Herbal Soup Noodles. The soup tasted like Bak Kut Teh (Pork Ribs' Soup) with mild herbal taste. They used La-mian as noodles which I think may taste smoother if cooked longer. The smell of their Red Bean Paste dessert was enticing but too bad I was too full to sample. Maybe another time...:-P
