Keat Lim Vegetarian Food

Ventured to Whampoa Food centre (Blk91? nearer to market), and discovered there are 2 Vegetarian stalls, both popular with long queues on non popular Vegetarian days (Lunar 1st & 15th day of month). Good signs of popularity of Vegetarian amongst the people. :-)

Decided to try Keat Lim Vegetarian, which serves standard fried Mee hoon/Noodles dishes and a number of Delicious looking vegetable dishes and fried stuff. Nice noodles, especially with good choice of vegetables and braised mushrooms and well-fried Wuxiang roll. :-) 

 

FoYin Vegetarian Cuisine

Visited FoYin again and their Curry rice was strongly recommended.
Indeed,  the gravy was thick and fragrant that went excellently with the Well-cooked white rice. :-)

Mei Jing Vegetarian stall #01-76, is located at the Beo Crescent market's food centre just in-front of Blk 40 Havelock Road, 2 streets away from Tiong Bahru Plaza. It opens early around 7am to 4pm daily and rests on Sunday.

Yes Natural F&B (Bakery)

Cake of Passion fruit flavour ordered from this eggless bakery at Geylang branch.

Taste wise quite nice and soft but I think their design may need some improvements though it came out well in picture from top view. :P

Henry Vegetarian

Sadly, ceased operations... 

Thanks to a tip-off, I get to know about this Henry Vegetarian located at corner coffee-shop opposite Kallang MRT.

Discovered it is a Vegan stall too with 15 regular dishes and Weekly Specials. Decided to try their Hainanese Noodles which is a Hainanese specialty.

Thick gravy sauce with thick mee hoon used generally in Laksa. Main ingredients included large white carrot pieces and monkey-head mushrooms. It is a generous bowl at $4. Nice!

Could return to try for other dishes...

Located at corner HDB coffee-shop at Blk 5, Upper Boon Keng Rd, #01-22 (Near carpark entrance) . Cross traffic light from Kallang MRT & keep left. Opens Tues-Sun 10am-9pm.
