JIAXIANG VEGETARIAN

Located at Golden Mile Food Centre (505 Beach Road) level 2, near centre at level 1, glad to find vegetarian food at this famous food centre with many good food. Jiaxiang has so far the most authentic Fried Hokkien Mee that I had tried so far, the stock gravy and the just well stir-fried noodles and nice chilli that goes with it makes it a complimentary dish.

NATURE'S HARVEST CAFE

Recalling their soupy noodles looked good during last visit, we ordered the recommended Mee Hun Kuay & Red Yeast Mee Sua.
C liked the plainer soup Mee Hun Kuay which unlike conventional Mee Hun Kuay is thicker in texture while taste and color I suspect maybe using brown rice.
However, I prefer their Mee Sua which is smooth like thin noodles with generous portion of black fungus, white mushroom, small corn slice and green vegetables. :-)

They have good variety of vegetarian supplies too.
Located at Fu Lu Shou building #02-08, at a corner amidst the crystal shops.

Yuan Wei Quan Vegetarian (YWQ)

Most of the time when I am at Toa Payoh Central, I will tend to visit the vegetarian stall at Gourmet Paradise. Like its variety and Daily menu :-)

Menu of day recently visited was Prawn noodles, something I had not tried before from the stall. It is defaulted Soup noodles with a beautiful variety mock products. Sweet soup with crunchy Kang Kong , beancurd and even mock fried onion slices and love their generous red chilli slices that added a pinch of spiciness to the soup.:-)

The food court is located at B1 of HDB Hub. You can either enter thru basement car park entrance or from entrance besides McDonald from Bus interchange. It is located at a corner nearer to basement car park entrance.
