Nature Vegetarian (Sin Ming Ave)

Its Mee Hoon Goreng turned out to be better than expected. With the lime juice squeezed, the spicy & sour taste is a good mix with the sweet chilli sauce provided.

Above is Cutlet Dry noodles from their Ngian Toufu stall, the Mee Pok was quite well cooked and though presentation on the cutlet did not look good, the coat of flour was well-done with those saltish ("Yan-Su") seasoning. It actually revives my memory of those Taiwanese style of chicken cutlets.

The coffee shop is located at 409 Sin Ming Ave, #02-01 (Opp Bright Hill temple)
Opening hrs: 7am to 9.30pm

Eight Immortals (Bishan Junction 8 Food Junction)

Herbal Mutton Soup Noodles. With generous portion of mock mutton, fish and prawn slices and vegetables, this promotional item on menu at $3.80 is quite value for money. I like its soup which you can see and taste a fair amount of herbal ingredients. :-)

Soon Lee Vegetarian (Near Red Hill MRT Hawker Centre)

I couldn't resist the temptation to order its dry Ngian Toufu when I saw many patrons ordering it. Indeed, its sauce tasted excellent and very appetising. The owner was very generous with the kangkong vege, unlike some stalls. I regretted not asking for a larger bowl of the tasty and sweet soup.:P

Located beside the market near RedHill MRT, it is the central corner stall at 1st stretch opposite the HDB shops.
