Fo Xin Vegetarian Stall at S11, Bishan

Not knowing what to order, saw a patron eating Hor Fun which looked good & indeed a good choice followed. Served with beancurb slices (normal & not as smooth as previosuly tried though), beancurb skin & green vegetables, the Hor Fun was soft & well-fried with generous gravy that was just nice to taste. :-)

The stall is located at S11, at a HDB block just behind Bishan Library/CPF building.

Cong Cong Vegetarian stall at Tiong Bahru Market

A nutritious breakfast at $2.50. I love their pumpkin, soft & sweet & beancurb skin that is not oily, and their fried maggie noodles. :-)
My favourite stall which always have their mixed rice dishes' variety ready by 9am. The stall also serves Stir fry Hor Fun, etc, when the chef is done with his cooking of dishes but in recent visits, being attracted by his cooked dishes, I often ordered his fried noodles with 3 dishes instead.

Located at 2nd level food centre, Far left Corner from direction of escalator of Tiong Bahru Market (30 Seng Poh Road), about 2 bus-stop away from Tiong Bahru MRT. Bus: 5, 16, 33, 63, 195, 851

NutriHub the organic fusion cafe

Nutrihub's Daily Special usually comes with different combination of vegetables and also variation in its brown rice (mixing with different grains).
Currently, it costs $6 and if you order the soup as a set, it costs an additional $1.

Its mushroom is nice and it also has a Weekly Special which could include items on their existing menu. I like their current week's special, the Bai Yu type of dry noodles with black fungus (nice in taste & look but too bad my hp camera was sent for service during that visit:P).
Nutrihub is a good choice if you are looking for real healthy vegetarian food.:-)

The cafe is located at Cuppage Plaza, #B2-25 (behind OG Orchard, near Centrepoint).
Opening hours:- Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm)
Sunday (10 am to 4 pm)

Just Green Vegetarian Food (Takashimaya Food Court)

So sad!! Was informed that the stall will cease operation by end of Oct09...
Thot it had been surviving well...

Another visit to the stall at Taka B1 Food Court which I tried their Curry Ngian Toufu.
It also comes in similar standard set as the normal soup set but instead of the green vege, it is replaced by the cabbage. The gravy tasted quite alright, not too spicy nor saltish. :-)

一心素食, Chinatown

Their soup noodles has always been my favourite but craving for something dry the other day, I ordered their dry mushroom noodles which was cooked very much in dumpling noodles style except for the ingredients.
It does not disappoint me again. Worth trying. :-)

NutriHub the organic fusion cafe

I popped by Nutrihub today and tried their Daily Special Brown Rice set at $6 and with soup at $7 (I think the usual price for the daily special soup is $2) .
Very healthy and nutritious. Can see quite a number of patrons ordering the set. The soup that I tried that day was celery with 7? beans, tasted abit mushy and beany. :P

Nutrihub also holds weekend cooking workshops which you could find updates at their blog: http://www.nutrihub.blogspot.com/
