GreenDot @ Paya Lebar Square

Yummy Chef recommended Burger~ Lion's Mane Mushroom Burger,  (1st item on burger section on menu ) tasted like long missed McChicken!
Was told patty made of monkey-head mushroom, chewy with bite, overall met my criteria of a good vegetarian burger!
Herbal Noodles ~ Well cooked with mild herbal taste with variety of mock ingredients and vegetables.
I will definitely return to try their burgers again...:-)

Pine Tree Cafe

Stir-fry Black-pepper Udon ...at this long time stall, Pine Tree Café, on level 2 of Fortune Centre near left of Up escalator. Nice, Spicy & Flavourful, just that I find the portion is small :-p. It was accompanied  with a bowl of simple soup which aids to help cool one down on the spiciness of the black-pepper. :-)
Their vegetarian Char Siew Wanton Noodles was in general nice too with the soy type mock char siew and Q slim noodles. The only setback was their Fried Wanton came too little filling ingredients and the thick skin came with a strong flour taste that wasn't crispy at all. Hopefully, they can improve on their fried wanton to have more fillings.

SUFOOD (舒果)

SUFOOD ~ the deluxe Italian-inspired Vegetarian Cuisine located at Raffles City with set meals at $29.90++ had attracted many vegetarians' attention...
Recommending some preferred dishes during a recent gathering...

Standard Appetisers for All
From light flavoured Yuca root with blueberry sauce, to unique stack of green to the strongest flavour of cherry tomato jelly amongst the three.

Salads

This Classic Garden Salad was nice & fresh!

This Summer Salad was not bad too...
Oh! The complimentary vinegar drink is most memorable, must try!
But being Not a bread lover, I can give their Rosemary Breadstick a miss to enjoy my other dishes...
Oh I Love their Soup!

Their Cream of Pumpkin Soup was excellent!

For their Chinese style soup, this Root Soup of stewed Burdock root, lotus root, and cashew nuts is preferred though I think the standard dipped a little from last visit.

Main Courses

For mushroom and potato lovers, I would recommend this Baked Potato Al Funghi.

This Mediterranean Vegetable Skewers came in interesting  presentation with nice flavoured rice (but too dry) which tasted like Rice Dumpling though white rice is mentioned in menu.

Desserts!

Interesting Sesame Panna Cotta ~ look liked Chinese Black Sesame paste but was Chilled cream and milk simmered with black sesame seed puree. Nice! Served with nice Mint Herbal Tea too. :-)

Banana Cheesecake with wafer roll and coffee.

Well, some of their dishes do contain egg, onion and garlic and the staff had been trained to ask customers their diet preference of omitting them which I think added points to their service.
The presentation of the food certainly attracted a lot of snapshots from diners, and can be a good gathering place for Fusion food lovers if one is not too concerned with the price.:-)
