Went to this shop again and we ordered their Xing Hua Stir-Fry Ngian Gao (commonly known as Shanghais Glutinous Rice pieces) this round. This is difficult to cook as one has to control well to make it well cooked and not too hard or soggy. They managed it quite well and seeing alot of patrons ordered their double-boiled soup, we decided to try too. Their sweet corn with red dates and some mock meat was real sweet! Good try...:-)
This shop is located just opposite the Chinatown complex's row of shop houses along Smith street.
