This is their Clayplot noodles & one thing I like abt Yi Xin Vegn is their flexibility in allowing combination of noodles with their different soup base. Generally, this & their Fiery Spicy Noodles uses the yellowish round or thick noodles but they allow change of noodles to La Mian or any choice noodles. Nice soup base & generous ingredients, but the portion is smaller in comparison as the claypot is smaller in comparison to their normal bowls. Just nice portion when you are not too hungry. :-)
Located at a coffeeshop at 39 Temple Street, 一心素食 is just near centre of street opp Lucky Chinatown, beside stretch where the new Grand court Vegetarian restaurant is. Opening hours: 8am to 10pm Daily.
