Finally, the popular Hand-made noodles stall from Circuit road ~ Xuan Miao Vegan had moved into an air-conditioned food court ~ Kopitiam at Paya Lebar Square.
This is certainly a much convenient place to visit, being just next to Green Line exits of Paya Lebar MRT.
I was tempted to order its Tom Yam Soup version. Good choice with the soup being flavourful of a good Tom Yam Soup base, sour & spicy enough! The flour pieces were thick yet smooth. I like the mock ikan bilis but cannot appreciate what I assume is their mock fried fish maw into the soup. It had an expired ("LaoHuan" ;P) taste to me... ;p.
So, I think I will not request for this mock fish maw in future to spoil overall taste.
Other than that, generally, a nice bowl of Hand-made noodles with green vegetables that T love.
