Healthy Vegetarian

This is what I had tried at the Food & Fun Fair on 29th May held besides the Eunos MRT.
The Vegetarian food fair was an opportunity for old/new vegetarian vendors to introduce themselves to the public. One such vendor was Healthy Vegetarian Hand-made Mee Hoon Kuey & Rojak (printed on a name-card) which I presume their name is Healthy Vegetarian and Hand-made Mee Hoon Kuey & Rojak are their specialties.
They were promoting their prepacked Dry Hand-made noodles at the fair and this is something different as usually hand-made noodles are cooked and served in soup noodles style.
M had always liked hand-made noodles but prefers it to be cooked in dry noodles style so this is a stall that I would certainly recommend to her.
Although pre-packed, the noodles and the accompanying soup were still warm when I had them. The noodles were quite well mixed in dark sauce to give it a flavour and still Q when I had them. The soup came with some seaweed and vegetables and fried beancurb skin.
Overall quite a nice dish but I wonder if it is because it is a charity fair that it is charging $5 or it is really priced as much at their own stall...

Their stall address reflected on their namecard:
166 Jalan Besar, #02-35 Berseh Food Centre, S'pore 208877 (beside New World Ctr)
Opening hours: 11am-8pm, Closed on Saturdays

I visited the actual stall recently. The noodle dishes cost $3.50. If you eat them with tom yam soup, then it's $3.80. At this price, I think the portion size is slashed too, so I don't think you are paying more at the fair.
