NutriHub the organic fusion cafe

It is really amazing that brown rice can be played around to give different flavour & taste. They have different daily brown rice set that not only combines different type of vegetables, but also variety in brown rice combinations such as mushroom brown rice, pumpkin brown rice, etc.
Currently, in support of Health Promotion Board's Whole Grain food Promotion (Oct & Nov09), they are giving 10% discount from their Brown Rice meal and Wholemeal Sandwich.
It is certainly a good Choice of healthier version of diet at Orchard area.

The cafe is located at Cuppage Plaza, #B2-25 (behind OG Orchard, near Centrepoint).

Opening hours:- Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm)
Enquiries: 67382746

Their food is healthy and more toward homestyle (Mom cooking) which one can eat daily and feel good.

I read in a magazine that there is this expensive Korean Bento Set where their rice is cooked with pumpkin and red bean. It sounds good and pretty and nutritious, but I could not get much information on web.

Set lunch is just like Bento Set, I think what makes it special is with more variety (simple, colourful but not overpower and yet beautiful). With few pickles, a little bowl of soup, a small piece of sweets/snack/dessert, it can make it extraordinary and interesting.

Simple dish that is well prepared and presented can turn into something appetizing too, like 1 or 2 okra (blanched) and soy sauce with few drop of oil and sprinkle with floss or sesame seeds or chilli flakes.

A little square piece of silken tofu (steamed) with sauce (soy sauce, or dashi stock or miso, or floss, or garnished shredded carrot, corianders, or corianders sauce, or shredded nori, ... the list goes on), few grilled mushrooms, can be super simple yet simply delicious.

Cheers :)
