Komala's Restaurant

Appetising? This is cheese Naan from Komala's Restaurant. The cheese is light and if you eat the whole naan by yourself, it is very very filling. One of the gravy that comes with it contains small potato balls which tasted quite nice, however, the gravy contains onion and is not suitable for pure vegetarians.

The only pure vegetarian dish (without onion & garlic) may be their vegetarian burger & fries set which the patty is actually potato with some curry seasoning. Love their well-fried thick fries.:-)

Saw quite anumber of patrons ordered their Bhattura which is gigantic & tempting-looking. May be next trial...

It has quite a few branches around town area, for info, you may explore their web:

You are faster than me!

Indian Vegetarian Food always amaze me, the population is not that huge compare to other races, yet their vegetarian eateries and non-veg eateries with vegetarian options are plenty and yet able to survive ...

Cheers :)

Bhattura is quite nice, yes! Quite greasy and oily though. Dosai is much better!

Great to see an Indian review!

Hi Anonymous,
The burger & fries set is actually not cheap, including a drink, costs around $6+. (they charge gst):P

Hi Luke,
More authentic Indian dishes at their places of origin will be introduced next month. Look up for it.
And that also means I will be taking a short break from blogging and internet. :-)
