Visited Bishan Vegetarian again & found their Ala Carte dishes reduced back to their 3 main stars: the Lor mee, Curry noodles and Dry noodles.
One attraction back to the stall is the auntie is willing to let me exchange the accompanying gluten mock meat with their economical rice dishes with a smile and at no extra cost.
So, I managed to enjoy a bowl of unique Dry noodles of my style. With the changes in the ingredients, its rating as a delicious bowl of noodles is certainly much enhanced. :-)
Located just above the food centre above the Bus Interchange, Up from the colorful stairs near the traffic light, you can see it just beside a fishball noodles stall.
