一心素食, Chinatown

Noticed a new noodles on their menu: Fiery Spicy(Hot) Noodles. It is basically yellow noodles in chilli soup and really fantastic on a cool, rainy day. The chilli soup is really really spicy. Ingredients included fried mock salted fish/seaweed with mock meat balls, tomatoes and vegetables. Make sure you have tissue paper with you to wipe your nose and sweat if you order this dish:-)

Located at a coffeeshop at 39 Temple Street, 一心素食 is behind 德宝点心, De Bao Dian Xin.
Just near centre of street opp Lucky Chinatown.
Opening hours: 8am to 10pm Daily

I had this today for lunch and it tastes a bit like Tom Yam but sweeter (i don't know), it wasn't spicy for for what I have today ...

I have never tasted a Non-veg Fiery Hot Noodle before, therefore can't compare.

It was served in white bowl...

But, on the whole, their mixed rice is priced reasonable - 3+rice $2.40 and soup of the day @ 50cents - very big bowl with marrow green too.

I think not bad place ... :)

cheers crystal ...
