To me, a good Dumpling must be of good size filling and with use of water chestnut to increase the crunchiness. Yummy!!! Their Vinegar Dumplings being cooked in vinegar gravy saves one the trouble to request for a plate of vinegar for dipping.

I absolutely agree with you! I have tried the dumplings from Happy Realm too and I really enjoyed it! :)
It's really sad that they're closed. =(
Happy Realm has reopened a new stall under the name 新素食林, helmed by the former chef Mr Eng Kong Beng. If you miss the tastes of Happy Realm, come down to Broadway Food Centre at Blk 147 Potong Pasir Ave 1!
